At Scentia, we’re committed to acting with integrity, making thoughtful decisions and building relationships based on trust. In this short, interactive module, we’ll explore what counts as a gift, benefit or hospitality, when we need to disclose or seek approval, and how to navigate everyday situations with confidence. Through practical examples and scenarios, we’ll learn how to make the right call and where to go for guidance when we’re unsure.

Conflicts of interest can arise in everyday working situations. This module will help us recognise real, perceived and potential conflicts of interest and understand what to do if a conflict may exist.

Through practical examples and scenarios, we'll explore how to identify, disclose and appropriately manage conflicts of interest at Scentia.

This module explores how everyday actions help create a respectful and inclusive workplace. You’ll learn how to support fair participation, communicate respectfully, recognise and respond to inappropriate behaviour, and know where to seek support or report concerns.

Safety First is Scentia's mandatory Work Health and Safety (WHS) learning module. In approximately 10 minutes, you'll learn how to identify common workplace hazards, reduce risks, report hazards and incidents, respond in an emergency, and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace, whether you're working from a Scentia site or remotely.

Privacy is everyone's responsibility. In this module, we'll explore how to collect, use, share and protect personal information in our day-to-day work. Through practical examples and real workplace scenarios, we'll learn simple steps to help protect our people, students, clients and Scentia while meeting our privacy obligations.

In this module, you'll learn how to recognise signs of stress, fatigue and reduced wellbeing, understand mental health awareness, help reduce stigma, support your own wellbeing and respond appropriately if a colleague may need support. This module also outlines how you can contribute to a safe and supportive workplace.

This module provides general wellbeing awareness and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

Cyber security is everyone’s responsibility. This course will help you spot common threats, protect your accounts and data, and know exactly what to do if something goes wrong, so you can work confidently and securely every day.

Would you spot a phishing email before it’s too late?

This interactive module will strengthen your ability to identify suspicious emails, links and requests, and show you exactly what to do if something doesn’t look right.

Phishing attacks rely on human error, but awareness is our strongest defence. Every click counts.
